The 36th edition of “Carrefour du Manager, in virtual mode: E-recruitment towards a new management and talents attraction
On April 22nd, 2020, the 12th EMBA cohort of Groupe ISCAE organized, in the form of a webinar, its annual conference, on the theme: “DIGITAL INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN A TIME OF CRISIS”.
This topical theme is consistent with Groupe ISCAE commitment. Aside from awareness raising of the ISCAE community and the general public on the covid19 crisis extent, both sanitary and economic, Groupe ISCAE also demonstrates to business leaders and young project holders how entrepreneurship is a potential career path, given the economic competitiveness at national level and international.
This scientific event is an opportunity to stimulate young entrepreneurs, encourage them to be actors of economic growth and thus contribute to Morocco new development model.
Also, this event highlights the opportunity offered to young managers through the new incubator, created by Groupe ISCAE in partnership with BANK OF AFRICA.
During this conference, the contributions of a multitude of experts, practitioners, public and private operators as well as those of researchers and trainers in the field, provide an analysis of the Covid19 impact and encourage the participants of EMBA Groupe ISCAE, managers and project leaders to perceive this crisis as an accelerator of digital transformation and a pool of opportunities for young entrepreneurs on the lookout for innovative ideas for the economic development of Morocco post COVID 19.
This webinar, therefore, enriches the debate and was a real success thanks to the involvement of the 12th promotion of the EMBA which demonstrated a great sense of responsibility and agility during this outbreak, and a willingness to get involved in the economic scene of our country.
