A bridge between the academic and the business world

Our Recruiters and Careers Office is an interface that connects students to businesses in order to foster their integration into the labor market. Promoting offers, visiting partner companies, organizing workshops and special events are the main actions undertaken to accompany our students in the first steps of their professional journey.

Mandatory Internships for “Grande Ecole” students as part of their program:

Summer internship

Over a period of 2 to 3 months, the 1st and 2nd year intership of the “Grande Ecole” program takes place between June and September. The tasks assigned to the intern can relate to all areas of management: marketing, finance, management control, auditing, etc.

This learning period allows students to become familiar with the business environment and develop their professional and interpersonal skills. This adds an extra dimension to their degree and is invaluable in terms of their futur employability. It’s a good opportunity for students to develop their know-how, practice theoretical knowledge and develop communication skills in the workplace.

Final internship and professional thesis

Starting from January, the 3rd year students are required to complete an internship of 4 to 6 months, after which they must prepare a professional thesis. Interns are encouraged to implement their theoretical knowledge as part of a project that will be a thesis realized within the company. The goal is to prepare our students to get ready for the professional life right after they graduate and to make the perfect fit between students and companies. Usually, this internship leads to a full-time position within the host company.

The three years CPA internship is also part of the program (see section related to the CPA academic program), but not under the responsability of the Recruiters and Careers Office.
