The 36th edition of “Carrefour du Manager, in virtual mode: E-recruitment towards a new management and talents attraction
As a follow up of the e-workshop organized on November 19th, 2020 on the theme “Research and partnership on Covid19”, the Professors and scientific project holders Tarik El Malki and Nada Soudi, presented the Status of their innovative projects selected by the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST).
Prof. Nada Soudi is a member of the team of Prof. Mohammed Talbi, Dean of the Faculty of Sciences Ben M’Sik, in collaboration with the Central School of Casablanca and the Mohammed VI University for health sciences. The project focuses on the “serious game”, an educational innovation that consists of scripting sessions, gamifying the content, and facilitating learning through an interactive approach. This team of researchers focused on contextualization and benchmarking. The results were very conclusive and highly appreciated by the students. The publication of a scientific paper is foreseen in this regard. This research will summarize the work carried out and will contribute to improve the pedagogical performance.
