Leaders Coaching

The MS in Leaders Coaching is a dynamic learning experience that should unable our participants to offer high level coaching services to teams, managers, executives and high potential leaders.

Participants must be able to:

-Use the best coaching and HR management practices

-Diagnose and analyze organizational, individual or team needs

-Accompany executives in endeavors such as:

• Strategic Development for their organization
• Change management
• Driving cross-functional collaboration
• Reinforcing cohesion of the team of their organization
• Developing the leadership skills needed to generate change and innovation

Applicants for this program must hold a Bachelor Degree with at least three years professional experience.

Applicants who meet the above conditions are eligible to take part in the entrance examination for the Master.

Entry requirements and selection

• A pre-selection based on academic background (degrees and  records) and professional experience
• A written test
• An interview with the admissions committee to assess the applicant’s interpersonnal skills and motivation
