TRAINING CYCLE WITH INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS IAS / IFRSStarting from the first January 2005, listed European companies, and by extension their subsidiaries have complied with the application of international accounting standards IAS / IFRS and from 2008 for institutions and public companies that have opted for the publication of their consolidated financial statements in IFRS format. It was also complied for listed Moroccan companies from 2007. From 2008, Moroccan banks are also complied with IFRS. This new standard, common and consensual will harmonize the presentation of financial statements, regardless of the issuing country. The implementation of IFRS is a major cultural revolution, impacting not only the financial statements of companies, but also their organizations (information system, training …) In partnership with the INTEC, the ISCAE Group offers for the 9th year a skills training module for a hundred hours, dedicated to International Accounting Standards IAS / IFRS. |
The Training Cycle for International Accounting Standards IAS / IFRS will allow participants, whether from the public or private sector to:Increase the knowledge of concepts of International Accounting Standards IAS / IFRS and prepare for the future; Illustrate through case studies the main differences between the Moroccan accounting standards and IFRS; To understand the consequences of this change; |
Introduce participants, organizationally speaking, to contribute to the implementation of the proposed conversion to IFRS;
Accountants and statutory auditors, accounting graduates or trainees ;Officials responsible for the supervision of accounting and finance teams, auditors, financial controllers or consolidators ; Executives involved or to be involved in the implementation of projects of IFRS or in the preparation of reporting complied with IFRS Any candidate wishing to increase their knowledge of IFRS and the main differences in accounting principles and financial statement presentation. |
ELIGIBILITYThis training is open to applicants with a BAC + 2 or at least an equivalent recognized degree and students of the final year of graduate business schools. A good level of general accounting is required. |
The Training Cycle for International Accounting Standards IAS / IFRS of ISCAE include approximately 18 days training divided into 17 modules taught at ISCAE, a Saturday every two weeks from 9 am to 4 pm on a period of 7 months in a row. This qualifying training gives the right to a double certification: a specialization certificate from INTEC after a written assessment and a certificate from ISCAE for candidates who have scores above 10 on the INTEC exam after written assessments and a presentation of a practical case. |
