The 36th edition of “Carrefour du Manager, in virtual mode: E-recruitment towards a new management and talents attraction
The Information and Decision-making Systems Department of Groupe ISCAE organized, on December 13th, 2019 at Casablanca campus, a roundtable on the theme: “Training in Management in the Digital Age”.
Digital technology is changing deeply the economic models and the way doing business. Training institutes in the areas of Management play a key role in supporting and leading the transition in progress. They must, in fact, prepare managers able to understand the current digital revolution, assess its opportunities and threats, and implement the appropriate changes. In addition, digital technology offers a whole range of media, both for the transmission and the dissemination of knowledge and for the management and supervision of training activities.
Through this debate around a topical theme, The Information and Decision-making Systems Department aims to contribute to deciphering the ongoing digital evolutions and to assess their impact on Management training.
Some outlines of reflection are described as follow:
- What economic model for Management training institutes?
- What educational models for which profiles?
- What about infrastructure?
This roundtable brought together academics and experts from the digital world to share their ideas.
These are, in this case, Ms. Awatif HAYAR, President of Hassan II University, Mr. Hassan BAHEJ, President and CEO of IBM Morocco, Mr. Ali QUAMMAH, President of AABS, Mr. Redouane EL AMRANI, University professor of Audencia Business School, and Mr. Mohamed BENOUARREK, Director of Human Resources.
On the occasion of this meeting, a partnership signing ceremony was organized between Groupe ISCAE and IBM.
