The 36th edition of “Carrefour du Manager, in virtual mode: E-recruitment towards a new management and talents attraction
Shortly after her appointment as a member of ESCP Europe’s International Advisory Board, General Director of Groupe ISCAE attended the Bicentennial Ceremony of this school and participated in its first IAB meeting, held from November 25 to 27, 2019 in Paris.
Created in 1819 by Jean Baptiste Say, ESCP Europe is the world’s first business school, which spawned the concept of “entrepreneurship”.
The celebration of the 200th anniversary of this prestigious school was marked by highlights. Indeed, the kick-off was given by HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco who spoke on the Sustainability, Biodiversity and Climate, and was followed by the awarding ceremony degree of the of Doctor Honoris Cosa title of the Doctoral School ESCP.
This anniversary took place in a historical place, symbolizing the art and culture at that time, using modern technologies of 3D projections.
The International Advisory Board meeting was held the next day, in the presence of more than twenty eminent personalities of the academic and Business worlds, members of the IAB.
After a presentation of the challenges and orientations of the school by Frank BOURNOIS, General Director of ESCP Europe, and other members of the management team, the working groups focused on four complementary strategic aspects, in the framework of reflection workshops: “Globalising the ESCP Brand”, “Enhancing the School’s Uniqueness”, “Fundraising & Shareholding”, “Developing Students Services on Tomorrow’s Campuses”.
The bicentenary has ended with a moment of conviviality and informal exchanges/discussions, expanding the respective networks of the members of the International Advisory Board.
